Head Instructor - Jeff Gullicksen

| Jeff started Kuk Sool in 1984 while in high school and has been hooked ever since. After graduating from Stanford with a Master's in Electrical Engineering and a successful run in industry Jeff decided to devote his full attention to his first love, Kuk Sool. Jeff enjoys teaching all ages and ability levels. His favorite aspect of Kuk Sool is techniques but he enjoys all others as well. Jeff is a technically knowledgeable instructor who strives to get the best out of all of his students. |

| Sandra has been practising Kuk Sool for over ten years and enjoys every aspect of the art. She is a Second Degree Black Belt and is currently testing for her Third Degree Black Belt. Sandra strongly believes that what is learned at practice can be used constructively in all aspects of our lives. While physical fitness is the basis of her practice and teaching style, Sandra also believes that studying movements (forms and techniques) is essential to excelling as a martial artist. Sandra is a four time Grand Champion of the Pacific Coast Kuk Sool Won tournament. |
